The Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) core facility is run at the Institute for Clinical Chemistry. It offers high throughput sequencing analytics with an additional focus on single cell sequencing as a service. All scientists of the University of Heidelberg, UMM, Medical Faculty Mannheim and Heidelberg are welcome.
All members of the Heidelberg University have access to the NGS Core. To send us a request for sequencing project, please fill out the formular. We will contact you as soon as possible.
